Millingen(NLD)⇒Dordrecht(NLD)

Today is Wednesday, June 13 th.
0731
It was nice weather, so it's departure after I slowly dried the tent.
Schedule to the campground in Heeren-Walden.
However, in the end I went to Dordrecht.
0806
A clean bike path will follow.
0907
It is the Waalburg bridge. I cross the Wa River.

The reclamation project in the Netherlands has developed particularly since the 15th century.
From this time windmills have been used for drainage.
Build a dam (embankment), let the river flow into the sea, surround the flooded water with bank, drain it with a windmill, organize the water with a canal and reclaimed it.
The area of the polder increased steadily.
1017
A clean bike path will follow.

I am taking a rest at the bus stop.
Why am I not sitting in a chair?
If the bus comes, and if it stops.
Because I might have to take a bus.
1257
After shopping with spar.
I went to the Heerewaarden campground, there were a lot of camping trailers, and it all looked like a permanent camping trailer that did not move.
This place was not a campsite, it looked like a boat house.
I did not see a tent, and furthermore I could not find where the reception was.

I was thinking for some time what to do ...Suddenly ... the feeling that I do not like camping came up.
I decided to ran to Dordrecht and stay at the hotel there.

It is the price of gasoline that was displayed at the gas station in the Netherlands.

Germany is about "1.3 ~", here in the Netherlands is "1.5 ~".
It is cheaper to put gasoline in Germany.

Looking at the history of the sea level of the earth, it seems there was a time when it was 100 m lower than now, and there was a time when it was several meters higher than now. It is said that the sea level will rise by 1 to 2 m due to global warming in the future. From the technology of dealing with water in the Netherlands, we will be able to respond quickly, or we may be able to sell that technology for sale.
However, changes in the environment will not only affect sea level rise, but also many other influences will come up.
1444
I crossed the Waal river toward the north.
The Waal river is a name whose name has changed as the Rhine river divided. The Rhine changes its name on the way.
When Rhine enters the Netherlands, it is divided into Pannerdensch Kanaal (Nederrijn Kanaal) and Waal River.
I crossed the Waal River flowing on the south side, and ran between that Waal River and Pannerdensch Kanaal.
Specifically, I ran along the Waal River.
I ran all the way towards Dordrecht.
1522
The bicycle runs straight along the motorway.
1545
I can run very comfortably. Especially it became easier to run after entering the Netherlands.
1602
I have come very close to Dordrecht.
Now I am running in the town called Sliedrecht.
1625
I crossed the Waal river again and head south.
The Waal River, in this place, is named Boven Merwede River.
The Boven Merwede river eventually splits into two, and crosses the river Boven Merwede river that flows north south, arrives at the hostel.
Now I am between the two Boven Merwede rivers.
1654
it is written as STAYOK.
Acceptance of accommodation proceeded smoothly. Prices are ? 50 per night in single style, breakfast included, dinner is not needed. I decided to stay for 2 nights.

The bicycle storage area is the warehouse in front of the reception desk. I had a small key with a big tag, put the bicycle in the warehouse, today's event was completed.

There were lots of other bicycles. I saw an organization bringing a tent. They also came by bicycle.

There was a fine tent site behind the youth hostel. I got tired of the tent, so I stayed in the room. It is also for recovering physical strength.
